This is another simple BaliYo trick that will help you get a little more comfortable with a BaliYo.

To begin, hold the BaliYo with the pivots up. Pinch the inside handle with your thumb and index finger, and allow the rest of the pen to fall. Move your other fingers under the inside handle and flip your hand up allowing the outside handle to flip over your hand. Be sure to move the rest of your hand out of the way. Catch the outside handle and the pen should be open. Do the exact same thing to close it.
